No, having an implementer is a non-negotiable requirement. This can be a Project Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Lead (or any other position that carries a similar role) who has been working for your company for at least 3 months. This ensures that this person is a reliable bridge between our program and implementing key insights internally in your company.
If you don’t have an implementer yet, we recommend hiring and onboarding one first before applying, as this program does not include hiring support until the Post Graduate program. However, if this is a bottleneck, please reach out and we’ll see what guidance we can provide to you at this time to get you on track!
No, this program is only for virtual service-based businesses that do not rely on a physical location.
We focus on streamlining remote operations, digital workflows, and scalable systems that work best for coaches, consultants, agencies, and other service providers who serve clients online. If your business operates out of a physical store, clinic, or office with in-person clients, this program may not be the right fit.
After 90 days, you’ll have a fully optimized operations system in place, but if you want continued support, strategy, and refinements, you can join the ODB Graduate Program.

However, we do provide built-in flexibility in the 90-day structure, so if you need extra time on certain phases, we can adjust without disrupting the overall flow.
No! We work with your existing tech stack whenever possible. Whether you use ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or another tool, we adapt our framework to fit what you already use.
If we find gaps or inefficiencies, we may recommend improvements, but we don’t force you to change systems if what you have works well.
